This is an inexpensive and heavy-duty Timer and Temperature metal control panel for electric Oven Kiln. The PID controller is one set point temperature controller and the timer has 2 cycles (T1, T2) that can be used for operation time. According to your kiln, you need to select 30Amp, 40Amp or 50Amp.
It comes with a thermocouple (maximum 2372 F) and TC connector that you can easily change your thermocouple and if you need to change your sensor to a specific one, I can change it for you too.
Press the ON/OFF switch, it will reset the timer and start another curing batch. During the heating process, one can use a manual switch to turn ON or OFF the element power if needed. The alarm buzzer can be used as either a temp alarm or a set point finishing alarm. It can also be muted.

Description:
The oven can be heated up to the set point by the PID temperature controller as soon as possible and maintained for a pre-set period to cure the part. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be restarted again by pressing the ON/OFF button.
The sensor provided in this control panel can handle up to 1832 degrees F. The base of the probe has a screw and nut for easy mounting on the Oven. The probe is 6" long and 0.2” (5.0 mm) in diameter and made of stainless steel with a plated brass base. The default sensor + connector cable length is 6 ft (2m).

- The control panel is designed for North American 240V AC power lines which require four line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral, and Ground). Please verify your power supply before purchase.
- This control system is designed for heating elements (resistive load) only, not for gas burners or propane heaters. If you want to use the system for a gas burner please check the following link,
- Input power cord (SOOW 10/4) is not included because each user may have different hook-up requirements.
- The heating element is not included.
Timer Modes:
P1 = 0 (Single delay with no cycle or loop): Only there is one timer T1. The relay stays disconnected (off) when T1 is counting and will become connected (on) once T1 finishes counting.
P1 = 1 (Single delay with no cycle or loop): Only there is one timer T1. The relay stays connected (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnected (off) once T1 finishes counting.
P1 = 2 (Dual timer delay T1, T2 with no cycle or loop): The relay stays disconnected (off) when T1 is counting and will become connected (on) once T2 is counting and will be off when T2 finishes counting.
P1 = 3 (Dual timer delay T1, T2 with no cycle or loop): The relay stays connected (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnected (off) once T2 is counting and will be on when T2 finishes counting.
P1 = 4 (Dual timer delay T1, T2 with cycle or loop): The relay stays disconnected (off) when T1 is counting and will become connected (on) once T2 is counting and it will repeat this cycle.
P1 = 5 ((Dual timer delay T1, T2 with cycle or loop): Relay stays connected (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnected (off) once T2 is counting and it will repeat this cycle.
